Terms of Service

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app.

Ron is free to use, with an optional Ron Pro subscription that unlocks unlimited receipt scanning, business/Schedule C tracking, and bulk import. Pro is billed monthly or annually through our web app at heyron.app via Stripe, and includes a free trial. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Don't misuse Ron: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and no uploading content you don't have the right to. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Ron helps you organize your money and prepare information for tax time, but it is not financial, accounting, or tax advice. Schedule C line mappings are common defaults, not tax advice — confirm final placement with a qualified accountant or your tax software. You are responsible for your filings.

Ron is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Keep your own records of anything important.

We may update these terms or the service; we'll revise the date above for material changes. Continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using Ron and delete your account at any time.
